On this episode we are joined by Dr. Chris McGlory. Chris is a former rugby player from the UK who has developed a passion for research of the cellular and molecular mechanisms underpinning the adaptive response of the skeletal muscle to nutrition, exercise training, and immobilization. Today we discuss the importance of finding balance in nutrition and physical activity, importance of micronutrients, effects of diets such as ketogenic and veganism, and protein homeostasis.
