CFRC 101.9 FM is pleased to present a live performance and interview with Airwave YGK Musician-in-Residence, Emily Monaghan! This young local songstress is best known for her solo pop, jazz, and blues
performances and you can catch her a lot on the open mic scene.
Following her time using our studios to create new music in April 2025, Emily performed these latest compositions, which she anticipates will be added to her upcoming EP that will include some of her older originals and favorite covers. She’s aiming for a fun, upbeat set mixing her pop, jazz, blues and even some funk! In the meantime, enjoy this uplifting conversation and beautiful music by this incredible local musician!
