In this episode, you’ll hear a great conversation facilitated by Genavieve Hinch with local rockers Lumpfish who took up residency at CFRC on June 1st and 2nd 2026 to create new music in our studios and then perform it. Lumpfish is an emerging youth pop-punk/grunge band from Kingston Ontario consisting of recent graduates from St. Lawrence College who play loud and make people dance while creating fun respectful spaces at their live shows.. Their music is always replete with catchy melodies to create an engaging performance including bills they’ve played at St. Lawrence College, Broom Factory and Slush Puppie Place in addition to several singles CFRC listeners have heard on air through our Release Radar series.
