Coming up on this special Community Takeover of our airwaves, we’re talking to Bruce Boucher, Vice-President of the Kingston Blues Society. Formed in 2006, The Kingston Blues Society, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and preservation of local, national and international blues artists. Celebrating their 20th anniversary this May, KBS continues to bring the BEST IN BLUES to the Greater Kingston Community. In addition to their year-round programming, KBS has presented a Tribute to the Limestone Blues Festival Weekend for the past two years, with year three plans well under way. The mini festival takes place in August over 3 days and features many local, national and international artists.
